PURCHASING AGENT SERVICES
New accounts are requested
to provide a buyer profile (ID and SLI info),
with one principal point of contact
for any sourcing request and purchase order.
Quinn Corporate Services, Inc.
can provide a simple proposal
to new and prospective accounts.
P/A Purchasing Agency Services:
Each QCS P/A Project is assigned
a Project Number - QSC-07012018XXXX
(12 digit identifier)
Prior to engagement,
a small retainer is required to set up,
initialize & service a new P/A account.
Any agreement will be placed in writing.
Project costs / outlays cover:
cost of goods/commodity acquisition
amount per commercial invoice
including any supplier delivery/handling fees
per the selected supplier/manufacturer.
Any purchase of goods/commodites ordered,
are to be prepaid according to suppliers terms.
Favorable Considerations
FACTORS WORKING IN FAVOR OF
US PURCHASES FOR EXPORT
Where permissable, state and local SALES TAX may (or may not be) saved, by
having the newly purchased goods immediately exported.
In such instances where allowed by law and practicable,
the saving in sales tax can run approximately 8% - 10%.
Thats an immediate savings to overseas buyers that use our service.
This may or may not apply to cargo that will remain in the US for any reason
including any goods that are used at any time within the US prior to export.
Sales tax (locally in the USA) is fully due on any product bought and actually used in the United States prior to export.
All Export-Import shipping services are provided through our sister company,
Sefco Export, as international freight forwarders only.
