including advise and guidance - is provided to our shipping customers.
If you are our direct customer - the shipper/consignee/cargo owner/USPPI - and Sefco will be your ocean forwarder including processing of EEI export declarations, B/L, D/R and handling the ocean freight, we can offer and provide export title validation services. All local services beyond port to port shipping are quoted on a case by case basis.

If you are not yet our customer or are a freight forwarder/cargo agent, our minimum US Export Validation fee is USD $ 200.00 and this min fee must be prepaid in order for us to provide specific guidance and expertise. A link to our payment page to process our fee is

If you need support by our Customer Service Team
for any local services beyond US port to port shipping
(origin/destination services),
we ask that you become a Sefco customer.
To receive full customer support services by our Sefco Export Team, please advise
(1) if our quoted EXPORT SHIPPING rate is
OK to Book, or
(2) if you need additional support, then please provide a small retainer for service.
This will make you a new customer.

Return of Originals
Upon Receipt back from the Port
Notification & Transmittal - After validated document(s) are received back from USCBP US Customs with "Export Approved" stamp,
an electronic scan/image will be made and emailed to the booked carrier and the cargo principal/owner/agent.
Return - Originals will be returned to a US address via USPS, unless otherwise arranged (USPS AirMail).
Expedited International courier service can be arranged ($45 AWB fee +FedEx at cost).
Cost quoted/confirmed on a case by case basis.

All export docs are first processed electronically.
EXDOCS - export documents (draft/approved copy)
and instructions, are sent by e-mail.

Sefco Export ships out of all major US sea ports. From the USEC East Coast, US Gulf Coast, US West Coast.
Third-country export clearances, in select origin countries. As an ocean freight forwarder, we work with all the major ocean carriers.
Cargo must first be booked with Sefco before validation and other support services can be provided.
Where required, validation in out-ports are performed in coordination with our carefully chosen courier/agents.
Rates & procedures are confirmed on a case by case basis. |
