Stay with roro to keep your budget intact and just make
sure you stay on top of your truckers in gettting the units delivered and we
will do the rest to get your unIts loaded and out on the same vessel. Rgds,

If we stay with roro then perhaps the
trucker might (time provided) be able to go over to the Customs House to hand
over the docs. If not then Sefco will handle it on behalf for you.
When we make the booking (roro) for your autos try to instruct the 3 different
truckers to deliver your units to the port by the C/O (cutoff date) so we have
a good chance of all 3 units going on same vessel. Will do my best to
try and get all 3 units loaded for same vessel. Let's stay the course
with roro and everything will work out. Rgds, Peter

You will be shipping your autos roro so it's
important you note the following protocol so that things go smoothly for
your freight:
-if you have the original titles to the autos please
forward us just a copy right now so we can make the booking with the SS
Line. You can fax or scan us a copy of these titles.
-Once we get the booking with the Roro Carrier the 3
dock receipts will be prepared for you to forward to your
trucker(s).
-Very important to see if your trucker can deliver
all 3 units to the port at the same time. If you will be working with
more then 1 trucker try to get things coordinated so they deliver to the
port the same day / same time period. Reason is that once your first
unit is received there will be other Shippers autos received during this
time too and in Roro shipping its "First in First out." So to avoid
having your autos put on different vessels try to coordinate things with
your truckers so they can be delivered at the same time period.
-Remember roro shipping autos go directly to the
port not to a whse.
